TenFour Freight ("TenFour", "we") is a truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it. Questions: dispatch@tenfourfreight.com or text (484) 760-0777.
What we collect
- Contact and company details you give us: name, company, MC and DOT numbers, phone, email, home base, trucks, lanes and rate minimums.
- Carrier documents you upload or send: insurance certificates, W-9, authority letter, factoring notice, rate confirmations, bills of lading, delivery receipts and photos.
- Messages you send us by text, email or our website form, and the times they were sent and delivered.
- Sign-in details if you use our owner portal: your email or phone number, or basic profile information (name and email) from Google if you choose Sign in with Google.
- Public carrier records from the FMCSA, such as authority status and safety data.
How we use it
- To dispatch your truck: find and book loads, set you up with brokers, send paperwork, track loads and get you paid.
- To send you load details, reminders and reports you asked for, such as compliance deadlines and weekly summaries.
- To answer you and keep a record of our conversations.
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
We never sell your information. We share it only as needed to do the work: with brokers and shippers on your loads, with your factoring company if you use one, and with the service providers that run our systems (hosting, email and phone), who may use it only on our behalf.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we text you about dispatch, loads and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we protect it
Your information is stored with encryption in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and in the owner portal each carrier can see only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep load records and documents for as long as needed for dispatch, payment disputes and legal recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dispatch@tenfourfreight.com. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, let active customers know.
